Responsibilities
Tasks
- Bathe and shampoo animals
- Clip animal coat
- Document animal behaviour
- Style animal coat
- Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stall and enclosures
- Conduct anals glands treatment
- Keep records of animals treated
- Clean animal ears
- Provide flea bath treatments to animals
- Clip animal nails
- Perform expert clipping on show animals with tools including clippers, shears and massage sponges
- Perform animal grooming activities
