Responsibilities
Tasks
- Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
- Supervise staff
- Analyze clients' financial records
- Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation
- Administer estate, personal, charitable, corporate and other types of trusts, direct trust account investments, receive and record investment income and disburse trust funds
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
- Review and update credit and loan files
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
- Provide investment information and service to clients
- Process banking transactions
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
- Internal audit
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Disburse trust monies
- Compile records of deposit, loan and mortgage payments
- Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data
- Assist investment fund managers in portfolio asset allocation decisions and risk management
- Analyze financial documents and reports
- Use real estate software packages

- Conduct business and technical studies to aid in decisions on system implementation or migration
