Responsibilities

Tasks

• Direct quality control inspections
• Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
• Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
• Set up, operate and tend machinery used for mixing, calendering, extruding, moulding and curing rubber materials or rubber products
• Plan and maintain production schedules
• Develop and implement quality control programs

• 11-15 people

• British retail consortium (BRC) food and safety Certification
• Hazard Analysis and Criticial Control Points (HACCP) Certification
• Knowledge of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency
