Responsibilities
Tasks
- Approve or reject applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection
- Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals
- Complete credit and loan documentation
- Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
- Interview applicants for loans
- Prepare statements on delinquent accounts
- Promote sale of credit and loan services
- Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and ability to repay loan
- Review and update credit and loan files
- Submit credit and loan applications to management
- Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment and other banking services and attract corporate and individual customers
- Provide job training and support
- Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data
- Perform general office duties
- Complete administrative duties
