Responsibilities

Tasks

• Maintain work records and logs
• Perform general office duties
• Provide customer service
• Process bills of lading, cargo manifests or other documents
• Prepare proposals
• Prepare and maintain flight plans, flight logs and other reports
• Observe, record and transmit atmospheric and weather information
• Delay or cancel flight if conditions warrant
• Make, cancel and change flight reservations
• Communicate with train crew members to give and receive train operation information
